All orders (except samples) are sent by courier and require a signature upon delivery. If you are not present to accept the delivery, our courier will leave a card to enable you to contact them to arrange re-delivery of your parcel at your convenience.
Wallpaper sample orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post and shipping is free of charge.

We offer international shipping to the majority of destinations worldwide. Please help us by taking extra care when entering your address details at checkout.
If your country is not listed at the checkout stage, please email details of the items you wish to purchase plus your full postal address and we will provide you with a delivery charge.
Wallpaper sample orders are sent by tracked airmail post and shipping is calculated at the checkout.
Unframed prints are available for worldwide shipping.
Framed prints are only available for delivery to the UK, European Union, USA and Australia.

Framed prints: please allow 3-10 working days for delivery
Art print orders for delivery to UK, EU, USA and Australia are shipped taxes and duties paid so there are no import duties for you to receive you order.
REST OF WORLD
Unframed prints: please allow 7-21 working days for delivery
Art print orders for delivery to all the rest of the world are shipped from the UK and you are responsible for the payment of any import taxes or duties. Please check with your local customs authority to confirm if your order will have import taxes or duties.
If you do not collect your order from the customs authorities/local courier or do not pay your import taxes or duties, we will not refund your order. If your order is returned due to non-payment of import taxes and duties, you will need to pay an additional shipping fee for it to be returned to you.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

You have the right to cancel your order and request a refund for any item purchased from Hibou Home within 14 days from the day you receive your order.
Order cancellations must be made in writing, within 14 days from the day you receive your order. Cancellation notices should be sent to email@example.com
All items must be returned to us unopened, unused and in their original packaging and must be received by us no later than 28 days from the date you originally received the items. We will either send out replacement items or refund you the purchase price.
Please note that, with the exception of faulty items, incorrect orders or items damaged in transit, we are not responsible for the cost of return postage.
Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the items back from you. The refund will be made via your original method of payment. When returning items on which you have received a discount/special offer, that offer/discount will no longer apply and will be deducted from the original price. All orders will be refunded in the currency they were originally purchased in.
Before returning any items to Hibou Home, please complete the returns slip supplied with your order and include it with the items being returned.

All items being returned remain the responsibility of the customer until they reach us. We strongly recommend that you send them by a ‘signed for service’ with appropriate insurance or at least retain a certificate of postage. We cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit.
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged, faulty or incorrect, please notify us within 7 working days of the day after you receive the items by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44 (0)1580 243188. We will refund the cost or return postage and either refund or exchange the items. Please retain a copy of your proof of postage. We cannot accept any claims for damage caused by you the customer.

Our art prints are printed to order. Your order will be immediately forwarded to our production facilities, so please ensure your order and address details are correct as unfortunately we can not amend or cancel orders once they have been placed.
If you have an urgent query, please reply immediately to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to help you.
We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or any auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or anincomplete address, so please take extra care when entering your address details.
Our art prints are printed to order, therefore we are unable to offer cancellations, exchanges and refunds.
If your print is faulty or has arrived damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email and include the following information:
- photo of the address label
- photos of the packaging (damaged or undamaged)
- photos of the damaged print and/or frame
Once we have this information, we will be able to help you to resolve the issues.
