RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Can I cancel or amend my order?
Our Art Prints are printed to order. Your order will be immediately forwarded to our production facilities, so please ensure your order and address details are correct as unfortunately we can not amend or cancel orders once they have been placed.
If you have an urgent query, please reply immediately to your order confirmation email and we will do our best to help you.
Please take extra care when entering your address details as we cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or any auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or an incomplete address.
Can I exchange or return a print?
Our Art Prints are printed to order, therefore we are unable to offer cancellations, exchanges and refunds.
If your print is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please keep all the packaging and reply to your order confirmation email and we will be happy to help you.
Important: the above only applies to Art Prints. It does not apply to other products we sell. Please see our Returns page for more information on how to return other products we sell.
My order has arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you order has arrived damaged, please reply to your order confirmation email and include the following information:
- photo of the address label
- photos of the packaging (damaged or undamaged)
- photos of the damaged print and/or frame
Once we have this information, we will be able to help you to resolve the issues.
PRODUCT INFO
What type of paper and inks do you use?
We use 200gsm museum-quality, fine art paper print with a gently textured surface in an off-white colour printed with giclee inks. Giclee inks are fade resistant and provide a wonderful depth of colour.
What type of frames do you offer?
Premium Quality
Our frames are hand made by specialist picture framers and created from high-quality wood, milled with simple clean lines and presented with a satin finish. Available in Natural Wood, Black or White.
Please note: the Natural Wood frames are made from natural wood so each frame is unique. This means there may be some variation in colour and grain but this is completely normal.
Perspex not Glass for safety
The frames are made using Tru Vue Museum Perspex. Perspex is an industry standard and means the frames are safe to hang in babies nurseries and childrens rooms.
Easy to Hang
Each frame is delivered ready for hanging and has fixings so it can be hung as either a portrait or landscape frame. The frames are sealed at the back to prevent moisture and dirt entering the frame.
SIZING INFO
What sizes do you offer?
Our prints are available in a range of sizes. All prints delivered in the UK and EU are printed in Centimetres (cm), all prints delivered in the US and Australia are printed in Inches (ins).
For example if you order a print size called 40 x 50 cm /16 x 20 ins:
- if the print is delivered to the UK or EU, the print size you receive will be 40 x 50 cm
- if the print is delivered to the USA or Australia, the print size you receive will be 16 x 20 ins

Any advice for choosing which size print to buy?
If you are unsure of which size to buy then we recommend you cut a piece of newspaper to size or use masking tape to recreate the outline of the print on your wall. This will help you to visualise the size of the print on your wall.
Can I order a frame by itself?
No, we do not sell the frames by themselves. We only offer framed prints. The cost of the framed print includes the frame and the print.
I want to buy my own frame so what size frame do I need?
If you prefer to buy your own frame, then you simply need to buy a frame that is the same size as your print. For example, if your print is 11 x 14 inches then you buy a 11 x 14 inches frame. If your print is 30 x 40 cm, then you buy a 30 x 40 cm frame. If you order an A1, A2, A3 or A4 size print, you will need to buy a frame that is specifically called A1, A2, A3 or A4 otherwise your print will not fit.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Unframed prints are available for worldwide shipping
Framed prints are only available for delivery to the UK, European Union, USA and Australia.
All orders are sent on a tracked service.
IMPORT DUTIES
Orders for delivery to UK, EU, USA and Australia are shipped taxes and duties paid so there are no import duties for you to receive you order.
Orders for Rest of World
These are shipped from the UK and you are responsible for the payment of any import taxes or duties.

Unframed prints: please allow 3-7 working days for delivery
Framed prints: please allow 3-10 working days for delivery
Rest of World
Unframed prints: please allow 7-21 working days for delivery
Important: all Art Prints are shipped direct from our print lab so if you order Art Prints plus Wallpaper/Bedlinen/Decor items, you will receive 2 shipments.
